Bieler Père et Fils 2007 Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Sabine Rosé

So what if it's trying its best to snow as I write this? I just crank up the oven to "broil" and roast some asparagus until it's slightly crispy on the ends, still tender and bright-green-tasting inside, and pour a glass of this rosé, one of the first of the season in from the sunny south of France. The heat of the oven and the bright, lively strawberry flavors of the wine make it seem like summer inside.
